Welcome to our website !

DISCLAIMER:
I'm not aiming for weight loss. I just want to find ways to force myself eat, and for me personally, I feel in more control when I have a plan to follow. I'm not supporting eating disorders or fancy them, and this post is for informative reasons. I do not recommend to anyone to try this diet without a doctor consult.

Hello everyone!

So, since my ED is growing again, I try to find ways to eat. I've always been a fan of diets, I've tried almost everything since I was like 14 years old. 10 years of testing diets.
So, lately I have a really upset stomach, and I try to eat more (I eat less than 1000kcal every day, and it's not intensional - my stomach and bowel is in a terrible state because of stress) so I saw this diet online and many people tried it out successfully in Youtube, so I decided to give it a go!

So the military diet, according to it's official website that you can find HERE, it's a diet in which the food combinations are designed to burn fat, kick start your metabolism and lose weight fast without supplements or pills. The diet is a combination of low calorie, chemically compatible foods designed to work together and jump start weight loss.

So the diet is devided in two sections, when you are ON the military diet (3 days of the plan) and when you are OFF the military diet (4 days when you calorie restrict your intake in 1500kcal per day, while eating the recommended foods on the website). I decided to try out only the ON section.

Note: In case of intollerance/vegan ect, the website has a blog post about substitutes for every meal.

The foods of the Military Diet are:
Sourse: Workoutplanstoday.com

So I weighted myself the morning before Day 1 breakfast and I was 52kg. (My height is 159cm in case you are wondering, I'm on normal BMI.). Also, I'm lactose intollerant.

And my DAY 1 meals were:

  • For breakfast I had a cup of black coffee, half a grapefruit, a slice of German type multi grain bread, and 2 tbsp of smooth peanut butter.
  • My lunch was a tuna fish (oven backed), half sliceof the same bread I had for breakfast, and a cup of green tea.
  • As for dinner, I had a cup of green beans, a small granny smith apple, half a banana, and a scoop of vegan ice cream. I didn't eat meat because I forgot to buy.

My DAY 2 meals:

  •  Breakfast, a boiled egg, a slice of multigran bread, half a banana, and a cup of black coffee (those things inside the cup are ice cubes, I wanted it to cool quicky because I was running late for work)
  •  Lunch, 5 saltine crackers (with lentil flour, gluten free), a hard boiled egg, and a glass of almond milk.
  •  And dinner, 2 hot dogs (gluten free), a cup of broccoli, half cup of raw carrots, half banana, and 1 scoop of vegan ice cream.

Last but not least, my DAY 3 meals:

  •  For breakfast, a cup of black coffee, a cup of almond milk, 5 lentil flour/gluten free saltine crackers and a small granny smith apple.
  •  Lunch, I had a no oil pan fried egg on a slice of multi grain bread
  •  And for dinner I has a cup of tuna canned in brine, with 1 scoop of vegan ice cream and half banana (added some cinnamon for taste)

So, that was it!
Thefollowing morning after DAY 3, I weighted in. I was 50.5kg, so I lost 1.5kg in two days.
Also, I wasn't hungry at all, since I'm used in eating less than 1000kcal each day, so this diet was making me full every day. Dinner was actually too much for me each day, especially on Day 3, plain tuna without olive oil or lettuce is just so boring as food. Also I drank about 2 lt or more every single day, and I had no exercise because of my busy schedule.
In addition, after 2 days I gained back weight and now I'm 51,7kg. No regrets though, I ate well and I had no nausea.

Have you ever heard or tried the Military Diet? What do you thing of this diet plan? I'd love to hear your comments!

Until next time,
xoxo Foteini

(GB/US) Hello everyone! Few days ago I went on a roadtrip to Antirrio and Naupaktos, Greece, to buy a boat for fishing! I recorded a video of Antirrio and the beautiful bridge and some great footage of the scenery. Unfortunatelly my phone was about to die so I couldn't record that much.
I hope you enjoy the video ♥

Hello everyone!
Probably when you're reading this I'm going to be on vacation! (I think I messed up my grammar here blah) So I planned a blog post for you to see and not miss me ^^
So in summer I'd rather wear as minimum makeup as possible, and I only wear makeup at night. I'm not the kind of girl who goes to the beach with a whole makeup project on her face...
Just some sun protection, bb cream, lipbalm, and I'm done!

So let's get to the point! In this post I'll talk to you about what's in my travel make up back for my summer holidays! Here's a picture of my makeup bag:

(sorry for the crapola pictures once again... I use my iPhone 3Gs)

It's a simple and clear makeup bag, with a black zipper that I got from JUMBO stores. It costed less than 2 euros!
I also made a Youtube video about my summer holidays makeup bag so you can watch it here of you like:

So let's get to the point and see what's in this baby :3

So here are my foundation essentials that I always wear when I do my makeup. I have my favourite BB sun cream, Lancome Soleil Bronzer that I've talk about it in previous posts. Then, my Oriflame Beauty Absolute concealer for eyes, that I don;t know if that's still in stock, but it's one of my favourite concealer products because it gives full coverage at the black circles under my eyes! Next it's my FIT me! Maybelline New York powder in the colour Sun Beige, that I love in summer, since I get tanned! Finally, this little baby egg is the one I use to apply my bb cream and concealer to my face!

Here are my blush from Lancome! It's the Blush Subtil and I can't find the colour code I'm sorry... This brush is also from Lancome, and I stole it from my mom... I use it to apply the bronzer and blush to my face! Last, and little bit blurry in the picture, it's my Oriflame Very Me Peach me Perfect Powder. I got it like 2 years ago and it's still almost full, even though I use it almost every day to contour my face and colar bones area...

This pallete is one of my favourites! It's the NUDES eyeshadows by H&M. Those are all the colours that I mostly use, since I don't fancy bright coloured eyeshadows and I prefer mostly earth colours. Next is my Eye Brow Kit by H&M also, that I use to fix my eyebrows. I mostly use the light brown colour!

LIPSTICKS ♥ Those three are my ultra favourites this summer! The first one is from Lancome and it's the ultra red lipstick... I can't find it online right now, but when I do I'll let you know. It's such good quality and I apply it before I go out, and when I'm back home, it's still in place! The second one is from Sephora and it's a lip crayon, in the shade Strawberry Delish. It's dark pink and it's perfect to wear during daytime! And finally, the last one is from Oriflame and it's the Shell Pink one! It's in a sparkly purple shade that I adore!

Here's my mascara and my lipbutters! This is the Ultraflex Mascara that I have mentioned in a previous post. This mascara gives you a false eyelashes effect, but it's not waterproof... And I've talked a lot about liposan lip butters... Those are my saviors and they make my lips so soft...

Finally, my nail polishes! The first two is from Beauty Line, they're ultra cheap and the shades are 693 and 517. I love pale nail polishes! Lastly, my top coat - nail hardener is from Evelyn and it's a medium quality top coat.

That's all beauties! I hope you like this post. Please tell me your makeup bag essentials for holidays in the comments! xx

Good morning everyone ♥

So, July is almost over (finally finally!!)... I hate heat, I deslike warm weather. I'm totally a winter person, who sats next to the fireplace with a cup of tea, and watches Christmas movies since late October *sobs*...
I'm also the person who will only go out of the house in summer just to go to the beach. For swimming :3
Well, winter is still few months away, so I have another month to survive!

Anyway, here's my July Favourites post! Let's see each item seperatelly:

1) Beauty Line Nail Polish (517)

At first, excuse my nails in this picture, I'm totally the worst at painting my nails :3
Well, this colour is just so awesome. It's kind of mint green... I believe it's just perfect for summer! Also, One of my swimsuits is the exact same colour, so deal! ;)
It was reeeeally cheap, it costed like 1,50 euros and I got it from the Dust and Cream store in Greece!
Find it online here

2) Stradivarius Round Sunglasses
I know that big sunglasses doesn't fit to everyone, but I really needed them in my life!
They have metallic details, and kind or brownish frame.
They came with this really adorable aesthetic pouch!
They were super cheap, only 9.95 euros, so don't expect that the lenses are that great! But they're pretty good for show off... ^^
You can find them in the Stradivarius official online store and guess what... They are in sale right now! (wooo!!) Find them here

3) Bioten Skin Moisture
I actually made a post about this product 2 days ago (I think)
This is one of the best face creams to use! It gives you 24h of hydration and it makes your skin so smooth and luminus...
Find it online here

4) Lorenz Naturals Mild Paprica Chips
Okey, okey, I'm the queen of unhealty food. But my favourites are potatoes and papers. And anything spicy. So those chips are my savor. My heaven. A dream come true.
They taste sooooo good! They're gluten free, with no artificial colourings and no perservatives. They are not healty though but it's good  to eat unhealthy food once in a while... right? :3
Find more about them here

Also, I uploaded a video on Youtube about my July Favourites! You can watch it here:
So, that's it! I hope you liked my post :)
And please tell me in the comments, what's your July Favourites?
See you soon! xxx

Good morning everyone! ♥

In this post I'm going to show you my favourite products and essentials for this summer.
To be honest, in summer I try to wear the minimum makeup as possible, as I sweat too much from the heat and my makeup becomes a mess... So let's see it's product seperatelly:

♥ MAKEUP PRODUCTS ♥

1) Lancome Soleil Bronzer

This is my favourite product so far! It's a sun BB cream, that gives a nice luminus colour and tan at my face! It has 50 SPF (Super High Protection) from UVA and UVB. It is quite pricy though, but it totally worth it! Find it at the Official Lancome website: here

2) Liposan Lip Butter

I haven't met a person so far you wouldn't love these products. Soft and smooth, it's the best choise if you want bright and soft lips! Since my lips get really dry during summer, this is the best choice. But be careful and don't leave them exposed to the sun or in hot places, they become like soup... (Upps!) My favourite flavors are Frambuesa and Vanilla & Macadamia. Find them online in the Liposan website: Vanilla & Macadamia // Frambuesa

3) PUPA Ultraflex Mascara

Mascara is my eye essential. I'm a totally eyeliner person, but in summer it's almost impossible to wear. This mascara is my life saver. It's a high technology mascara for extra long (false eyelashes effect) and extremelly curved eyelashes. It's ophtalmologically tested and suitable for people with sensitive eyes and those who wear contact lenses. Find it online in the PUPA website: here

♥ SKINCARE PRODUCTS ♥

1) Bioten Skin Moisture

This cream is so great! It gives my skin a long lasting hydration (That is super important for summer, my skin dries so quickly) and it gives my skin this nice and smooth feeling.. Which lasts the whole day! I use it every morning after I wash my face with my Johnson's Face Care Fashial Cleanser (see product below) and sometimes after I apply a face mask. Find it online in the Bioten website: here

2)Johnson's Face Care Fashial Cleanser

This product is just amazing. I use it 3 times per day. First, I use it in the morning when I wash my face, then when I want to remove my makeup as a makeup remover, and last but not least, when I wash my face before I go to sleep.
This product is for normal to combination skin, and my skin is dry - oily.
It leaves a nice texture on my face and it never let's it dry.
Find it on e-bay : here

♥ MISC ♥

1) Victoria's Secret SCANDALOUS Body Mist

In summer I'd rather wear a body mist than a perfume. Body Mists are more "light", and perfumes more "heavy" (that's the best way to say it lol)
This body mist is a combination of raspberry liqueur, praline, and black peony which makes it's smell really "sexy" ;)
The good thing about this body mist is that it's long lasting (as lasting as a body mist can last) and it's kind of cheap, in compare with it's eau de parfum.
Find it in the Official Victoria's Secret website: here

I hope you liked this post, give me your opinion in the comments! Also, I'd love to see your summer essential beauty products :) Have a nice day xxx

Well hello hello blogger world! This is officially my very first post :D

Yesterday at Sunday it was my Godmother's wedding!
I was busy all day getting ready. Thankfully I have a very dear friend who is a hairstylist so she styled my hair in braids and I totally loved them!♥

The bad thing about July and generally summer in Greece is that the heat is unbearable. I sat all day in air conditioning so I wouldn't sweat and my hair wouldn't get frizzy...

Also, here's a picture of my overall outfit:

Dress: Stradivarius
Heels: Berskha
Purse: Stradivarius
Bracelets: H&M
Rings: Stradivarius

Greek weddings are so much fun!
Thanks for reading xxx
